  • A Light in the Mirror

    Kieran struggles with his sexuality from a young age. He allows himself to falsely love his close friend, Alyssa, which leads to a loveless relationship. He is visited by his future self, Kameron, who begs him to change his ways in order to find true love. This one act play begins to ask a question of how does one ensure that they be unapologetically themself while attempting to make those they love happy in life?

    This play was chosen for a staged reading in Carthage College’s Studio Show Collection on May 11th & 13th, 2023

  • You Have It!

    Silas and Brendan have found each other after have broken up four years ago and losing their friendship in the process. They are attempting to reconnect even though they have each gone through years of questions and hell. This all comes as Brendan might be in the process of becoming a published author. This one act play begs the question of: Is there a separation between the love our life holds and the obstacles we face while keeping it hidden from the lime light?

  • iD (A Guide to My Identity)

    Sam suffers from not knowing his true identity. This ten minute play encompasses the struggle a person might face while coming to terms with their true identity. While society crashes into Sam’s understanding of identity, the pressures allow Sam to make choices.
